Shipping:
Items are shipped within 72 hours of receipt of payment by United States Postal Service (USPS). Insurance is not included in the shipping rate. 

Custom orders may require additional production and/or shipping time.

Returns & Exchanges:
I don't merely want you to be satisfied with your purchase, I want you to be thrilled with your purchase! Because items are either handmade, one-of-a-kind, vintage, limited edition or composed of recycled components, I may be unable to provide an adequte substitution. Therefore, I am unable to accept returns nor issue refunds.
